MAKE YOUR OWN TURNING TOOL

Jeff Luedloff will be teaching you to "Make a Tool"- 1/4" HSS round skew- or perhaps a point tool, cove tool, vortex tool.

We will work on spindle turning, drilling on the lathe, fitting a ferrule, grain alignment and cutting grain direction- we can also talk about making duplicates and how to replicate turning-

Jeff will be suppling the HSS blanks and wood handle blanks- so all you need to bring is your eye protection, and your favorite spindle gouge, skew, parting tool, and maybe a spindle roughing gouge.
